God is generous and so He calls us to be as well.  What we do with what God has given us shows the world where our hearts are at and helps proclaim the gospel. We want to glorify God with every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances.

You can donate stocks or mutual funds, as well as other non-cash gifts including real estate.  You can also choose to include The Village in your estate planning through bequests, life insurance, or retirement accounts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Change My Online Recurring Giving Schedule, or Cancel It?

After logging into your account, you will see a listing of your recurring gifts. Click edit next to the recurring schedule you wish to change or cancel. You can change or cancel your contribution up to two business days before the date of your next scheduled contribution. Keep in mind, once a gift has been made to the church, it cannot be refunded. In accordance with IRS regulations, contributions must be irrevocable to qualify for a charitable deduction. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Are My Gifts Tax Deductible?

Yes, all gifts to The Village are tax deductible! 

Is Online Giving Safe? Is Your Site Secure?

Yes! We take the security of your personal information and data very seriously. We utilize Pushpay to process all online gifts. Please review the Pushpay Security Overview for more details.

Are There Any Hidden Fees or Charges when Giving Online?

You will not incur any fees on your online gift.  However, the church does incur fees for processing. There is an option to cover this processing fee, if you desire. The total dollar amount that you select to give will be recorded on your contribution statement. 

How Are Building Funds Used?

Your generous giving to this fund assures the resources are readily available for the upkeep of our current campuses as well as continued development of additional sites as part of our mission of Connecting people to Christ and His Family.  You can give directly to the building fund here.

When Will I Receive A Giving Statement?

Giving statements are mailed out in January each year. You can access your giving statement throughout the year by logging onto myvillage.life or by request to our Finance Office.

Christy is a North Carolina native, and loves living so close to home and family. She is a mom to two precious girls, Brylee and Bailey, and would love to spend every weekend in her hometown of Ocean Isle. Christy has served on our team for almost 6 years and brings to us an incredible pedigree of experience in the business and finance world.
